MiHCM Announces MiA GPT AI Integration

The GPT powered “Ask Mia” capability is now available for public preview to enterprise and corporate clients, with MiHCM intending to announce its general availability soon.

This integration further enhances MiA’s capabilities as a cutting-edge virtual assistant that empowers businesses to optimise their workforce, improve employee engagement and productivity, and make data-driven decisions within Microsoft Teams. The latest version of MiA features advanced capabilities, including MiA Recruitment and Onboarding which streamline the hiring process and integrate new employees into the company, and MiA Feelings and Surveys which allow for the collection and monitoring of employee feedback and emotional well-being. Additionally, MiA integrates with Outlook Calendar and Microsoft Planner to provide daily and weekly productivity summaries for individual employees and teams, and simplifies routine work tasks such as leave management, expense claims, and HR queries.
