Colombo, Sri Lanka, 4^th July 2023 – MiHCM, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, announced the appointment of Pubudini Abeyesekera as General Manager of Business Operations for Sri Lanka & Maldives. In this role, Pubudini will be responsible for leading the company’s South Asian business operations, including sales, marketing & customer success.

Pubudini brings over 5 years of experience in the ICT industry to MiHCM. She previously served as Head of Business Development at Veracity AI (Veracity Group), and has also held leadership positions at Third Space Global and Creately. Her experience and exposure spans Education, Tech & Start-ups, Real Estate, Airlines, Banking & Hospitality in UAE, Thailand and Sri Lanka.

All the key leads of respective business units will report to her under this new transition. She will also be supported by business leads of group marketing, partnerships & corporate planning divisions to accelerate the South Asian business.
